Peer Counseling & Referrals

Facing an unplanned pregnancy often raises a lot of questions: how do I find a doctor?  How do I pay for medical care?  What if I cannot continue to live where I do?  We understand that there may be resources that you need that we do not provide, but we can point you in the right direction.  If you need referrals for housing, medical care, help with groceries or other expenses, assistance with WIC or Medicaid, childcare, job placement, or something else, we can help you find the answers.

An unplanned pregnancy can prompt a number of concerns, including how to find medical care, how to pay for said medical care, and other questions. In this time of uncertainty, many people feel like they simply have too much on their plate and nowhere to turn to. However, 1st Choice is here to provide you with help and can put you in touch with several organizations in a position to provide the assistance you are looking for.
