Our main Center at 602 Main Street in Texarkana, TX is open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on Wednesdays and Fridays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

All services at the Center are free of charge.

If you make an appointment, it should reduce your wait time, but you are welcome to come without one. We take our last walk in one hour before we close.

Please bring a photo ID (Driver’s license or school ID) when you come for your appointment.

Yes. We may ask to speak to you alone during portions of your visit, but you are welcome to bring others with you. Keep in mind that space is limited in our waiting area, counseling rooms, and ultrasound room.

We ask that you drink at least 16 ounces of liquid prior to arriving for your ultrasound appointment as images appear better if you have a full bladder.

No. We have a strict confidentiality policy, and will not tell anyone that you visited us unless required to do so by law (discovery of abuse or neglect of a minor). Additionally, we will not contact you without your permission.

Yes, but we encourage younger clients to seek advice from parents or trusted adults to help them through this emotional and challenging time.
